Specialized Small-Group Training Registration – Thank You

Thank You, We Got It!  Please send payment immediately (within one hour of this registration).  Otherwise, your child’s registration will be cancelled and you will need to fill out a new online registration form when you are ready to pay at the same time.

An e-mail has been sent to the e-mail address provided to confirm we have received your submission.  Our Silver Knights Registrar will send you a “Registration Confirmation & Payment Receipt” email, only after payment is received.

E-transfer MUST be sent immediately (within one hour of online registration) or your registration will be cancelled.  Programs fill up quickly and spots cannot be held without payment.

Through on-line banking, please send your INTERAC E-Transfer to:

Notes:

  1. Most parents use the password  basketball  but you can use whatever password you want.
  2. Please include a note/memo with your e-transfer of your child’s name, grade and SSGT submission/confirmation #SSGT24.  This will allow us to easily identify who the payment is for.  Thank you.
  3. Please send an e-mail to our Registrar – Diane at silverknightsregistrar@gmail.com with the password needed to accept this e-transfer (only necessary to do this if you decided to use a password other than the password basketball).

Please note:

  • Due to the large volume of online registrations, please allow 3-5 business days for an e-mail from our Registrar, confirming receipt of your e-transfer payment and program enrollment confirmation.
Refund/Cancellation Policy (Small Group Training):
  • Refunds/Cancellations will only be accepted if notified in writing to the Registrar by e-mail (ysskprograms@silverknightsbasketball.com), on or before Sunday March 31, 2024.
  • NO REFUNDS will be given starting Monday April 1, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • No verbal communication of cancellation will be accepted.
  • All refund requests are subject to a $50 administration cost.
  • Dishonoured payments will incur a $40 service charge.
