2023 Spring Co-Ed Specialized Small-Group training offered by Silver Knights Basketball Club: Eight 90-minute training sessions
INSTRUCTOR: David Hope
David Hope, former collegiate player, as well as, experienced and certified coach, instructor and clinician will be offering co-ed small-group training opportunities for boys and girls (Grade 5 to Grade 8). The program is designed to not only improve a player’s individual offensive skills, but to help players become better teammates and play with more confidence, more intelligence and more character. Each player will be evaluated at the beginning of the session and progress will be monitored. Valuable and comprehensive feedback will be provided throughout the session.
Moreover, this program will be devoted to the individual hoopster’s level of skills and play.
David will provide training for Grade 5 & Grade 6 (girls and boys) with a group of no more than 10 players. This session is designed to instill the necessary fundamental skills and concepts essential for success.
David will also provide training for Grade 7 & Grade 8 (girls and boys) with a group of no more than 10 players. This session is designed to reinforce and expand on the fundamentals skills necessary to bring a player’s game to their next level.

**All participants MUST currently be in grade 5 to grade 8 (born from 2009 to 2012 only). No younger or older players will be allowed to attend.
** NOTES:
- Players must currently be playing basketball on a rep team, school team or house league team, in order to take the skills learned during this training into practice during game play each week.
- Players must attend and pay for all eight 90-minute sessions. No pro-rated fees apply.
